PSS Free Diver Rescue: this course is a specialized training program designed for certified free divers who wish to deepen their understanding of safety protocols and develop essential rescue skills. This course focuses on equipping participants with the ability to assist and rescue fellow free divers in distress—always within the scope of their existing freediving certification. Whether you're training with a buddy or exploring open water, this course enhances your confidence, preparedness, and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. This course is 2 hours of theory and 5 hours of practical activities. Entry Requirements: Minimum age 15 years old Must hold a valid freediving certification An international certification for PSS Free Diver Rescue will be issued upon successful completion of the following criteria: Recognize and respond to common freediving emergencies Apply safe and effective rescue techniques both on the surface and underwater Assist freedivers in difficulty while maintaining personal safety Operate within the limits of their current freediving license Contribute to a safer freediving environment for themselves and their companions
